Well, hey there. Dozo yoroshiku, ogenki desu ka?



...I'm sorry my page isn't more interesting, lol. My newest hobby is photography, and so far, I adore it. I'm certainly no pro at it, but it's fun, and I do the best I can with my poor little Olympus FE-130. xD If I could afford to, I'd hire a model to photoshoot with. I'm also interested in set-design and fashion/costumes...so the whole idea of maybe one day making photography a profession is exciting to think about. Buuut, until then, you're stuck with me acting as my own 'model'. I haven't yet had a chance to photoshoot other people... *sad face*
But once in a while I'll walk around on my little island and pretend I'm a tourist (cause God knows I already look like one, lol) and get random scenery and city shots.

Yes...I know my pics could use more special effects and alterations. Thing is...I don't have a proper editing program yet. I'm stuck using something called PhotoImpression, which is a cheap Adobe-Photoshop wannabe. It works for now, though. >.<


I also have a few [super-old] pencil sketches in my 'scraps' somewhere. I don't draw as much as I used to, unfortunately. I tried to pick up on anime a few times. Baaad idea. I totally sucked at it! xD Ever met an Asian who doesn't really read anime/manga, and further, cannot even draw it? Well. You have now. Bizarre, eh? *wink*
Hmm. What else can I say.

Oh...I also write poetry here and there. Just basic feelings, you know. Usually "dark and emo" stuff, or so it's been critiqued in the past. It's nothing brilliant or grand, I warn you.

I'd like to try photomanipulation sometime...but I need to get a program first....*sigh*

Hmm. What else can I say about me? Of course, you're all welcome to ask anything you want at any time you want, if you're actually that curious. There are a few things I can tell ya, though:

1. I've got a very sarcastic sense of humor (not that I will ever use that while commenting on your pics, I'll be nice, don't worry).

2. I have a mixture of A.D.D., O.C.D., and occasional insomnia.

3. I don't believe in organized religion. But that doesn't mean I'm an atheist...

4. And I can't make up my mind about politics, either.

5. I'm a lover, not a hater. I like everyone, and I think judging and malicious labeling is stupid.

6. I'm obsessed with tea. xD

7. And music is my drug.

8. Hot Topic is my ultimate happy-place...

9. Life is short. Don't waste time trying to 'fix' your weaknesses. Instead, exercise your strengths.

10. I'm not perfect. Neither are you. And that's okay.
